Login Screen

Enter your username – this is the C number on your timesheets.
Enter your password – this is your employee number.
Once you have entered your username and password press the “Login” button.
Select the station you will be working at:
You should now see the following screen:

Enter the Station name or CRS code into the text box to see the list of available stations matching your search and press the one you wish to select.

Open Arrival and Departure Lists
After you’ve selected your station the name will show in the top left of the screen.
Press Station A & D’s to open the arrival and departure list.

A & D’s Screen opens showing Current Day.
Current Day view shows all coaches at the station for the day.

Each coach shows all relevant details including its type.
- A - Arrival
- D - Departure
- S – Set Down Only
- T – Through Service
The A & D will show both planned and emergency coaches also display a message if the coach is running late.
View Coach Details
To view an individual coach’s information, press the coach details button.
This brings up the screen showing its details. If the coach requires assistance at your station the “Pax Assistance” box will be checked.

To view a vehicle’s calling pattern press the “i” button and the calling pattern is shown.

Press “i” again to close the calling pattern.
Press the “Arrive This Coach” to mark the coach as arrived.

The following window will show where you can select the time the coach arrived and then click the update tracking button.

Press the “Depart This Coach” button to mark the coach as departed.

The following window will show where you can select the time the coach arrived and then click the update tracking button.

When you do this, The GTI system is updated so that users in FRS Control and our customers can see that a coach has arrived or departed the station.
Request Passenger Assistance
To highlight a coach that has passengers on board that will need assistance exiting the vehicle.
Enable the “Pax Assistance” checkbox.

The “Update Assistance” window will open.
Select a Station from the drop-down menu and press the “Update” button.

Coordinators at the receiving station will now see that the vehicle requiring assistance checkbox has been enabled.
Coach Audits
The Portal also removes the need to complete the manual audit sheet.
From the Coach Details screen, press the “Complete Audit” button.

The Station Audit screen opens showing you further details of the station and coach.
Add or change any details that may be required.

Notes can be added to some of the fields by pressing on the icon of the sticky note next to the field.

A text entry box will appear under the field for you to enter any required notes.

Press the “Save Audit” button to finish making changes.
