The first thing you will see after opening the Driver Companion App is the landing page.
To get started press the Track My Vehicle button on the middle of the screen to start tracking your vehicle.
Driver & Vehicle Details
Please enter your first name, last name and mobile contact telephone number details to allow us to contact you in case of an emergency during the service.
Please enter your vehicle registration number and press search to automatically retrieve your vehicle Make, Model, Colour and all other associated attributes from our API search provider.
If you experience any errors when searching for your vehicle, you can manually update each of the automatically populated fields before pressing next to continue.
Please Note All details submitted will be saved for the next time you use the app and track your vehicle.
Retrieving a Booking
To retrieve a booking you will need 2 pieces of information to validate your booking which can be found in your booking details within the FTS Drivers Pack.
- Product ID
- Supplier ID
Your Product ID is the unique booking reference code for your service. This is usually a seven digit number which can be found at the top left of the vehicle running board within the FTS Drivers Pack.
For added security we have introduced a supplier pin, which is your unique Supplier ID on your FTS-Suppliers profile page. This can also be found at the top left of the vehicle running board within the FTS Drivers Pack.

Once both pieces of information have been entered into the fields, press Preview Booking Details to proceed to tracking your booking.
