Supplier fleet information has now come into affect allowing suppliers to "self serve" addition / removal and editing of supplier fleets. Below you will find a written guide showing how to add / edit / remove and navigate through the system.
Why use fleet info?
Entering all of your fleet details ensures our booking teams are fully aware of what vehicle availability you have, allowing us to better search and match your supplier fleets against specific service requirements, such as accessibility features in line with PSVAR and PSVAIR regulations, as well as other vehicle amenities like leather seats, tables, USB ports, Wi-Fi, and more.
Where to find the Fleet Info tab?
Once logging into the supplier portal navigate to the dashboard and you will find a new fleet info tab

Once you have accessed the fleet tab you will see the page shown below. From this page we can add vehicles / edit vehicles and delete fleet vehicles.
To add a vehicle please select the "add vehicle" button.
Once selected a model popup will appear allowing you to add a vehicle and all the required information pertaining to the vehicle. please see image below for reference.
To add a vehicle we recommend the user of the licence plate lookup which will pull back vehicle details
When using the Vehicle Licence Plate lookup, much of the vehicle information may auto-populate. However, it is crucial to verify that all details are current and accurate.
- Vehicle Class
Please select vehicle class and select one of the drop down options that represents the vehicle that is being entered these vehicle classes are listed below

Executive
Luxury
Heritage
Wheelchair
- Vehicle Type
Please select the Vehicle Type drop down and select the vehicle type that best represents the vehicle being entered. Please see below a list of all the vehicle types:
Saloon Car
MPV
Black Cab
Minibus
Mini Coach
Midi Coach
Low Floor Bus
Single Decker Bus
Coach
Double Decker Bus

- WIFI
If vehicle provides WIFI capabilities please select yes if not, please select no.
- Air Con
If air conditioning unit please select yes if not, please select no.
- Toilet
If the vehicle has a onboard toilet please select yes, if not please select no.
- Seat Belts
If vehicle provides Seat Belt capabilities please select yes if not, please select no.
- Tables
If vehicle provides Tables please select yes if not, please select no.
- Leather Seats
If vehicle provides Tables please select yes if not, please select no.
- Plug Socket / USB Ports
If vehicle provides plug sockets and or USB Ports please select yes if not, please select no.
Accessibility Attributes
When using the Vehicle Licence Plate lookup, much of the vehicle information may auto-populate. However, it is crucial to verify that all details are current and accurate. The Accessibility Attributes section ensures that the vehicles provided for services meet the necessary accessibility requirements. Below is a detailed list of the information that needs to be checked and confirmed for clarity:

Wheelchair Accessibility: Verify that the vehicle is equipped to accommodate wheelchair users, including ramps or lifts and securement systems.

On-Board Visual System: Ensure the vehicle has a visual information system that provides passengers with real-time updates, such as next stop announcements, to assist those with hearing impairments.

On-Board Audio System: Confirm that the vehicle has an audio system that provides important information such as stops or route changes for passengers with visual impairments.

Audio Induction Loop: Check if the vehicle is fitted with an induction loop system to assist passengers with hearing aids in receiving clear audio signals.

Front Destination Displays (External): Verify that the vehicle has a front display showing the destination, ensuring that it is clearly visible to passengers and meets accessibility standards.

Side Destination Displays (External): Ensure that the vehicle has side displays indicating the destination, providing additional visibility for passengers, especially those with visual impairments.

Conformity Certificate: Verify the presence of a Conformity Certificate, which ensures that the vehicle meets all regulatory standards for accessibility and safety.

Chassis (VIN) Number: Confirm and document the vehicle's unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ensure traceability and authenticity.

Type Approval: Ensure that the vehicle has been officially approved for its specific type and usage, meeting all required legal standards.

Chassis Make: Verify the manufacturer of the vehicle chassis, ensuring it meets the required specifications for service.

Chassis Model: Confirm the model of the chassis, ensuring it aligns with service requirements and any regulatory standards.
Please ensure that each attribute is accurately filled out to comply with service requirements and regulatory standards.
Editing / Deleting a vehicle
when a vehicle has been put into the system like shown below there are 2 buttons that can be selected in the action tab. The blue edit button will give access to editing the vehicle and the red delete button will allow the user to delete a vehicle.
When deleting a vehicle a select the red button and a prompt will appear forcing you to confirm the deletion as shown below
When editing a vehicle select the blue edit button and the model that shows the entire vehicle information mimicking the addition process will appear.
Navigation
On the fleet tab page there may be a few navigational tools that may help you with this page firstly you can filter down the fleet to specific vehicle types and vehicle classes by using the "filters" section.
The "show "x" entries" can be altered to allow you to see more or less vehicles in the fleet.
The final tool to help navigate the fleet info tab is the search bar located on the right of the page, this can be used to locate specific fleet vehicles
