The Report an Issue feature can be used to notify us of a service complication or to covertly trigger an emergency.
This can be useful for letting our control room know you are in an emergency, without alerting the passengers.
To use this feature:
During the tracking phase of a journey you can press the Report an Issue button at the bottom of the screen.
Upon selecting Report an Issue, a series of options will be available to make a selection that best suites your needs.
Tap one of the selections and the icon will be highlighted with a red box outline to indicate your selection. To submit an issue please press submit which will provide a text box editor, which you can enter any supporting text to provide further details that will help us deal with and prioritise your case.
Pressing submit will present you with a confirmation screen outlining our 24/7 control team have been notified and in the event of an immediate danger or emergency, our control telephone number is provided to contact us.
