Uploading Files to the Supplier Portal

To upload a file onto the Supplier Portal you must follow a few steps.

• Firstly within the section of the supplier portal that you need to upload a document to.

(in this example we are using the Health & Safety, Do you have a H&S exemption certificate or third party SSIP certificate? section for document upload)

• click on the blue "browse" button.

a popup will appear showing you the files you have on your drive 

• find the file you are trying to upload.

in this example the document policy booklet is used.

• Please make sure the file is 2mb or less!

Your file will now upload if your file is less than 2mb, if your file is not 2mb and exceeds the limit we recommend using " https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf " a simple online compression tool to reduce the file size.

Use the need help button on the right of the supplier portal

Select "support helpdesk" 

In the top right of the header click submit a request.
