Welcome to our GTrak integration guide

To facilitate integration through GTrak, the FTS team requires key components:

1. API Key

This can be a acquired by completing the following steps
 

• On the top menu, click Setup.
• In the Setup menu, click Sharing.
• A pop-up window will open.
• At the top of this window, look for the API key box.
• If the box already contains a key, copy and save this value. This is the API key used in the API calls.
• If the box says Not Set, click Reset.
• Confirm the reset when prompted.
• The system will then generate and display an API key in the box.
• Copy this API key and keep it safe.

Once the information has been attained you can provide these details to [e-mail]

Upon receiving your provided information, we will promptly initiate the integration process.
