Fleet View Solutions CORE

Welcome to our Fleet View Solutions integration guide

To facilitate integration through Fleet View Solutions, the FTS team requires several key components:

1. Login to your Fleetview Core account and then navigate to Account> Account Settings

   

2. Go to Account Settings > Manage Users

   

3. Add User Add User and fill out the form including the e-mail address
   First name: FTS

   Last name: Integrations

   Email: Any internal email address that has not got a fleet view account
    

   

4. Set the Status to Active by checking the status box which states active as active

   

5. Under Profile, only check the box for FVS Telematics (& Dashcam)

   

6. Under Product Options, select which Kinesis options you require the customer to view;
   • “Telematic Alerts” Enables the user to set up alerts
   • “Telematics Live Map” This is for the live map function
   • “Telematics Privacy” Enables the user to set the vehicle into Privacy mode

   • “Telematics Reporting” Enables the user to view Journey history, driver performance etc.

     

7. Tick view ALL FVS Telematics & Dashcam

   

8. Click on the green tick at the end to complete the user set up

   

   
   9. Check the email address that was used in to setup the account and click the link received from [e-mail] and set the password to FTSTechFleetView_2004!
   
   Email: [e-mail] with the email address and your suppler name
