Welcome to our Verizon Connect integration guide

To facilitate integration through Verizon, the FTS team requires several key components:

1. Access the Reveal Marketplace:

• Log in to your Verizon Connect Reveal account.
• Click on your user icon in the upper right corner and select "Marketplace" from the dropdown menu.

2. Initiate API Integration:

• In the Marketplace, navigate to the "API Integrations" section.
• Click on "GET STARTED" to begin the integration process.

3. Complete the Data Access Form:

• Fill in the required fields:
  • Integration Name: FTS-Tech
  • Third-Party Company Name: First Travel Solutions
  • Developer Name and Email: First Travel Solutions / [e-mail]
  • Number: [phone]
    
• Review and accept the Data Access Consent Form by selecting the checkbox.
• Click "NEXT" to proceed.

4. Confirm and Submit Your Request:

• Review the entered details.
• If corrections are needed, click "CHANGE" to edit.
• Once verified, click "CONFIRM REQUEST" to submit.

5. Developer Receives Credentials:

• The designated developer will receive an email containing integration user credentials, next steps, and a link to the Verizon Connect Developer Portal.
• Ensure the developer checks their junk or spam folder if the email isn't in the inbox.

6. Implement Webhook Integrations:

• If your integration requires real-time data updates:
  • Obtain the necessary endpoints from your developer.
  • Submit these endpoints through the Reveal Marketplace under "API Integrations" > "MANAGE INTEGRATIONS".

  • For GPS webhooks, fill out the "Submit GPS webhook endpoints" form with the provided endpoints and your credentials

    Webhook endpoint URL: https://fts-tech.co.uk/verizonconnect/

    Username: [Supplier Pin] (you can find this on any driver pack)

    Password: FTSTechVerizon_2004!

  • After submission, the developer has three days to confirm the request. Monitor the integration status by clicking "REVIEW STATUS" in the integrations section.
