Radius Velocity

Welcome to our Radius Velocity integration guide

To facilitate integration through Velocity, the FTS team requires several key components:

• Customer ID / Client Secret Key (14 Digits): To find your customer ID / Client Secret Key, you can log into your desktop portal for Radius. Locate the ID in the top right corner by hovering over the person symbol. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Velocity contact for assistance.
• API KEY: 

Please follow the instructions below:

Go to ‘Account Settings’ then ‘API integration’

Click ‘Create API Token’.

Give it a name of FTS-TECH and select ‘Telematics’.

 

 This will then generate the token.

Once the information has been attained you can provide these details to [e-mail]

Upon receiving your provided information, we will promptly initiate the integration process.
