Welcome to our Ticketer integration guide
To facilitate integration through Ticketer Siri Feed, the FTS team requires key components to be completed:
- A support tick needs to be raised by the supplier Via https://support.ticketer.co.uk/
They will need to request to share GPS data with FirstGroupRail
If ticketer support are having issues with this then please ask the supplier to quote TKT-20180719-1732 as this is a pervious ticket used for integration - Once completed the supplier again using the Ticketer support portal needs to use the link provided below, adding FirstGroupRail as a service feed.
https://portal.ticketer.org.uk/Feed - One this has been completed ask please raise a support ticket with FTS via the Zendesk portal and to inform FTS-tech to expect a new integration in the feed, Please quote the supplier ID and also the Supplier National operator code (NOC), If the supplier doesn't know this code it can be found here NOC database | Traveline data
- In ticketer the supplier will need to set up a service in the system called 'RAIL' with a duty number (999 is used alot ) and when staff are on rail they will need to sign in to this duty on ticketer, the supplier will also need to publish this duty to our SIRI feed
